| A late addition to the overall project was the decision to
replace the blocked length of old stone-built drain along the southern
edge of the road past Victoria Cottages to the bridge. However, instead of
following the southern road edge to the bridge (crossing the entrance to
The Old Forge), the replacement is crossing the road at an angle and
issuing into the lower pool before the bridge. 20/3/06 |
