If you need to call us, please do so only between 10am and 6pm if at all possible. This is a private, home number. If you get the answering machine, please only give a landline phone number (we're old-fashioned and can do without the expense of calling mobiles) for us to call back on, or call again at a different time. We really do prefer to communicate by email as far as possible.
