A beautiful cloudless evening, wonderful conditions and a large enthusiastic crowd. A close, 20-over (approx.!) match once again saw the Men bat first and score 113. The Ladies scored the winning runs with three balls to spare. The BBQ and refreshments facilities did excellent business and all proceeds are going to Harberton Cricket Club. Club President Alick Whittle and his wife Peggie made a special journey from their new home in Gloucestershire for the event and Alick presented the trophy just as the sun set over Dartmoor at about 9.15pm.
