German to English Translation

John Culf's CV

Native English speaker, specialising in the German to English translation of IT-related material such as computer software and hardware manuals. More recently, experience of patent translation in various fields.
17 years' experience as an in-house translator, mainly with Siemens, until 1989, followed by largely full-time freelance translation working for a range of clients.
I have some software localisation experience but I do not use translation software or translation memory systems.
