Time permitting, we request advance payment in all
cases.
If possible, please email
johnculf@harbertonfolk.co.uk to confirm your ticket requirements and ticket
availability before
sending cheque payment.
Normally, email is our preferred method of contact, but if you
need to phone, our number is 01803 863468.
Except in case of dire emergency, please call only between 10am and 6pm.
(This is a private, home number.)
If you get the answering machine,
please only give a landline phone number (we're old-fashioned and can do
without the expense of calling mobiles) for us to call you back on, or please call again at
a different time.
We really do prefer to communicate by email as far as
possible. We will always reply to all emails received, so if you don't receive a
reply, try again and/or phone (10am to 6pm) to check. Emails do sometimes go
astray!
Some Harberton Folk concerts sell out in advance. The latest ticket sales status will be indicated on the home page when sales have reached a certain level.
Our preferred method of payment is cheque (payable
to 'Harberton Folk') accompanied by a stamped self-addressed
envelope sent to this address:
John Culf

Please be sure to include your home landline telephone number (for emergency
use only), and your email address if we don't already have it.
By prior arrangement, a single cheque payment is fine for any
combination of Harberton Folk event tickets.
Alternatively, you can arrange with us to make a cash payment in person in
advance.
