We really do prefer to communicate by email as far as possible. We will always reply to all emails received, so if you don't receive a reply, try again and/or phone (10am to 6pm) to check. Emails do sometimes go astray!

Pre-concert dining option at the nearby Church House Inn
The pub kitchen will be opening early, at 5.00pm, offering the normal menu - Bookings only, call 01803 863707. Please park at the Hall; space in front of the pub is very limited. Allow good time for your meal - sorry, but concert seating cannot be reserved at the Hall.
The attached/embedded map shows routes into Harberton from the north. The red 'X', at the junction where the road from the south/Harbertonford enters the village, marks a large deep pothole currently in the middle of the road.
I don't use a Satnav, but if they use the same postcode information as Google Maps, TQ9 7SA is the best one to enter (rather than the Hall's postal address code).
Parking will initially be on the hardstanding car parks at the Hall; later arrivals on the playing field grass. Please follow the instructions of the hi-vis stewards.
The Hall has disabled facilities and disabled access. We are not currently aware of any disabled access/parking/wheelchair space requirements for any ticket holders. If you know any different, please let us know in advance so we can make any necessary arrangements.
We will aim to open Doors and Bar at 7.15pm for an 8.00pm concert start. From experience we know that some audience members are likely to arrive earlier. The concert is fully seated, but all seating is unreserved/unallocated - i.e. first come first served on the night.
NB Seating is on ordinary stacking plastic chairs - unpadded - so you may wish to bring your own additional padding!
Note that in the unlikely event of inclement weather there is minimal indoor queueing space in a small porch. If we can open Doors earlier (i.e. sound checking and all preparations completed), then we will.
As far as I am aware, the evening will comprise two 45 to 60-minute sets with one interval for as long as bar and merchandise (and raffle) take.
The evening is likely to finish by about 10.30pm.
A licensed bar will run from Doors open until the start of the concert and again during the interval. The bar will be selling real ale, wine, bottled lager, canned cider, Luscombe Farm hot ginger beer and elderflower bubbly, and fruit squash. Tap water will also be available (no bottled water).
There will be a raffle in aid of Harberton Playing Field Association.
The concert itself is a fundraiser for Harberton Parish Hall.
Should you find that due to illness or other pressing reason you will be unable to use a purchased ticket, let us know a.s.a.p. as we may be able to re-sell the ticket(s) to a waiting list. Refunds for any ticket returns successfully re-sold will be dealt with after the concert date, by bank transfer or cheque, and may be subject to a small handling charge.
If I've forgotten anything, or you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask, preferably by replying to this email, or if you're desperate, call us on 01803 863468.
We look forward to
seeing old friends and making new ones when we welcome you to Harberton for the
Very best wishes
