NEW Friday 22 September 2017 8pm - Spinach for Norman 30th Birthday Ceilidh - Matthews Hall, Fore St, Topsham, Exeter EX3 0HF
Main callers Pam Hayes and Allan Sutton. Spinach For Norman was born out of the wish to form an all-string, fiddle led band . 30 years on . Still superb. Come and dance to Ben Van Weede ,Joel Segal, Martin Henning and Howard Harrison (plus original member and regular dep Steve Verge). The band will be joined by various callers and dep musicians that they have also worked with over the years. Doors 7.30pm. Tickets £6 on door (+ concs).

The South Brent Ceilidh Band comprising members of the Cotton Mill Ceilidh Band and 'Children's Folk at The Oak' will have you on your feet and the callers will lead you through the dance moves to jigs and reels. £5 per person or £10 for family ticket. BYO drinks. Part of the Old School Community Centre's 'Brentathon-20 - Raising the Roof' 20th Anniversary programme.

Great Western Ceilidhs, Exeter

The GW ceilidh season used to run from autumn through to March or April, but There are no GW Ceilidhs planned at the present time. GW ceilidhs were generally held at Bowhill School (map), Buddle Lane, Exeter EX4 1JT - 8.00-11.30pm. (Friendly atmosphere, sprung floor, safe (patrolled) car park, separate bar area.
