• We use MailChimp as our marketing automation platform. By subscribing to the Harberton Village email circulation you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms.
• We only keep your data for as long as we need to, so we can use it as described in section 2.

We never have shared, nor ever will share, your data with anyone else.

You have a legal right to ask for a copy of any of your personal data held by us. If you wish to withdraw your consent for us to hold your information you can use the Unsubscribe link at the foot of any email you receive from us, or email us at webref@harbertondevon.co.uk and we will delete it. This will mean that you will no longer get information from us!
