The Harberton & Harbertonford Community
Appraisal was published in January 1999. It was a document which
resulted from a great deal of painstaking work by dozens of people from
both villages.
Early in 2009 the Community Council of Devon contacted the Parish Council asking
that a similar exercise be conducted. Your councillors considered the
matter and decided that the Appraisal has not changed to any
significant degree in the past decade and does not warrant the work
necessary to compile a brand new document.
