The flat is part of the spacious listed Victorian house built in 1860, set on an elevated site on Bridgetown Hill with superb views across Totnes.
Duncliffe is centrally situated (5 minutes' walk to the town centre)..
For the comfort of all the guests there is a no smoking policy in the flat and the house.

Bookings for self catering are normally weekly but at certain times of the year it is possible to book the accommodation for shorter shorter breaks or on a bed & breakfast basis with continental breakfast in the room.
Bed linen, towels etc. are provided.

Comfortable self-contained ground floor holiday apartment with own entrance and parking. This well equipped flat has a large room with double bed in a recess, sitting area with sofa and chaise longue, TV and DVD, shower room with WC.
The large fully fitted kitchen has an electric hob and oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer and dining area for 4 people with views onto the garden.
The annexe is part of the listed Victorian house with high ceilings, stripped pine floors with oriental rugs and a marble fireplace.
Guests may use the garden.
For the comfort of all the guests there is a no smoking policy in the flat and the house.

Bookings are normally from Saturday after 2.30 to the following Saturday when the flat must be vacated by 10.00am.
At certain times of the year it is possible to book the accommodation on other days and for shorter breaks.
Bed linen and one set of towels are provided.
Hot water and central heating are included but should you require extra heating there are convector heaters and an electric fire which are metered (£1 coins). Electricity for cooker is metered.

The kitchen/dining room has a window overlooking the side aspect with a flower border and a seating area. There is an electric cooker, washing machine, fridge, microwave etc and table with seating for four.
From the kitchen a glazed panel door leads into the sitting room with TV and DVD. The long sofa can be used as a single bed.
The first floor is reached by a staircase from the kitchen.
The bedroom has a 5ft bed and antique pine furniture. From the window are distant views of the countryside.
The bathroom has bath, shower, wash hand basin and WC.
Heating is included.
There is a designated parking area just outside.
